工作描述 - 3+ years of digital advertising, agency, or web development experience
- Project management experience a must, ability to run teams
- Experience with agency clients or large brands a plus, understand what is required to service advertising clients.
- Good understanding of web technologies, UI/Usability, and Visual Design
- Ability to write HTML and CSS. Flash experience would be a plus.
- Very comfortable with understanding and producing digital project documentation, wire frames, IA
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
- Strong communications skills in Chinese and English
