解决办法

1，升级glibc版本。

2，修改配置文件

/etc/my.cnf

[mysqld]下增加

innodb_thread_sleep_delay=40
wait_timeout=100
interactive_timeout=100

增加

[mysqld_safe]
open-files-limit=10240
